A Little History The Snohomish Bakery and Cafe is located in the historic district of Snohomish and occupies the building that housed the original Watson's Bakery. The name can still be seen in brass inlaid into the concrete sidewalk at the front entrance. The building was erected in 1903 and was added to the official registry of historic buildings in 1974. The town of Snohomish is currently best know for its multitude of antique shops and prior to its present refurbishment as a bakery, the space was used as one.
